The House has always been committed to cultivating the diversity of its Terroirs; the Terroir collection is the perfect embodiment of this vision. This collection of ephemeral cuvées, released at their peak in limited quantities, unveils unique terroirs that the Cellar Master has chosen to highlight through the prism of an individual year. Each bottle is the result of the House’s artisanal savoir-faire and is numbered to reflect its rarity.
AYALA Collection N°16
N°16 is the fourth opus in the Collection AYALA.
N°16 is an outstanding Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Grands and Premiers crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. It is a limited edition cuvée which honours Champagne’s various white varietals through a blend of Chardonnay and the region’s forgotten grape varieties: Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc.
N°14 Rosé 2014
N°14 is the third opus from the “Collection AYALA”. This ephemeral cuvée is made from the 5 emblematic Grands Crus that form the backbone of the Houses’s blends. The œnological team wanted to work the crus in equal proportions, exclusively from the 2014 vintage, and for the first time in a rosé version. A great rosé champagne, the pure expression of the Champagne AYALA style, produced in very limited quantities, 7,235 bottles in total.
N°7, Les 7 Grands Crus
N°7 is the second opus in the “COLLECTION AYALA”. This ephemeral cuvée is a blend of 7 Grands Crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, all from the 2007 vintage year. Thanks to its long ageing in the cellars, on lees, and its low dosage, this noble champagne is a superb example of AYALA’s savoir-faire.
Rosé N°8
Rosé N°8 is the first opus in the “COLLECTION AYALA”. This ephemeral cuvée is a blend of Grands and Premiers Crus from the Montagne de Reims, all from the 2008 vintage year. 8 years of ageing were necessary to its creation, a guarantee of all the attention given by Champagne AYALA in the elaboration of this great wine.
